Your...Day 2 prediction

how about JACE AMARO?

not a bad second round choice. 1st round talent and a perfect compliment to clay.

Trade all of our picks for draft picks in the next draft.

Less of a prediction and more of wishful thinking. Because why ****ing bother with this regime.

 I see that Spesh was drinking at Bumpus-levels last night.

Turns out with good reason, too.

Why?!?

We got a solid starter at a position of desperate need. Did we reach a bit? Probably. I don't care.

Trading up for Marquise Lee would be aggressive and a pick we could all get excited about.

And so, the last thing we can expect to happen tonight is that we will trade up to get Marquise Lee.

The more likely thing would be for him to somehow fall to us, and we take a random corner or defensive lineman, and the very next team takes him.

Well, as Gonzo said, "Tends to happen when you are a mediocre team drafting mediocre players for over a decade." So basically, does not matter who Miami drafts, or why, as far as many here are concerned, the pick was a fail.

Hey, maybe this year you'll be right and we'll be wrong. I mean, it wouldn't be fair to only have one year in over a decade under your belt (the All Holy 2008 of Legend).

Are you talking about last year's draft?

Turns out with good reason, too.

If Tannehill has a great year, the sacks are cut almost in half, Miami actually produces a running game this year, and Miami finally reaches the playoffs, that good reason, becomes pretty insignificant.

Well, considering Miami has hit on some, and missed on others, like most teams, Miami is about on par with most teams, I do agree Miami does not find as many superstars as many teams, but still have brought few players that failed more or on par with other teams.

We are tops in one thing though, even overtook the Jets in doing so, Miami has become world champs at Fans bitching after each and very pick...Awesome. We're #1...We're #1...We're #1

you can't trade up in this deep draft we need a lot and already don't have a lot off picks...

Its almost as if our fans dont appreciate losing.

They are horrible people. Clearly.

You act as if we are not all sick of losing. But when we have people bitching and complaining after the first round is insane. And the same people wanted Manziel in the first, hate everything about Tannehill, Criticize every move made about Miami or obviously know what the best draft would be.

This is particularly well written, and it resonates. Joe Robbie was cheap but extremely shrewd, and the Dolphins won. Wayne Huizenga was well intentioned but clueless and the Dolphins lost. Stephen Ross is well intentioned and clueless and the Dolphins lose. As the river flows down stream from the source you end up with a G.M. that takes a 2nd rd talent to fill a need position at #19 and passes on a trade down to get an extra 3rd in what might be the deepest draft ever, for a team with major holes that could use the extra pick in a major way.

In any year a 3rd round pick is nothing to laugh at- this year the draft is so deep that it's pretty much like a 2nd round pick. Anything can happen, and of course some other team could have taken James if we traded down. Possible, but not likely. A good team, a good GM realizes that and trades down, gets their man Ja'Wuan James and gets a very valuable extra 3rd round pick. We didn't. It's very tiring to be a Miami Dolphins fan. Or maybe the word is draining.

Even if we had lost out on James because someone else decided to reach... is that supposed to be the end of the world? He was a reach. Well, damn... you lost your ability to reach. This team is far away from being great, so just take the best player while you pick up value.
