Byrd is out of the division and Revis is in. A down the field playmaker is needed to pounce on Buffalo and counter-act NE. A corner is needed to cover Decker, aside from Grimes. To make the playoffs, you must win the division.
Decker isnt going to be an issue unless the Jets get a true #1 reciever.
Decker is a good player. Not great, but good who was made look a lot better by Manning. Doesn't really matter though who the Jets sign at WR, they still don't have a QB to throw them the ball.
Patriots did upgrade with Revis, but by how much? They didn't just add him to the team, they lost Talib in the process.
