Homers, haters set as aside your diferences this team needs your support. Yes it has not been a great start but its not beyond the realms of impossibilty that things can turn around.

At this point, forget about who possibly is going to be the next coach and GM and concentrate on supporting your team especially now in their struggles this past two games.

Even if the team ends up south this season at least put your efforts in giving them the support and encouragement needed. The players and coaches may let us down, but dont let yourselves down and stand strong for your team and its wonderful and proud tradition.

Being a fan is taking the rough and smooth in equal doses. Yes be critical in bad times and proud in good. But always remember you are a Fin.

We all made a comittment to supporting this team. I'm frustrated at what's been happening this last decade like most but lets show some pride as fans and be an example to the players and organisation that at least we care about this club.

I've been a dolphins fan my whole life and I'm not going to stop now. Anyone who made it through the 1 one season in 2007 is a real fan. People on this forum call each others out on attendance (or lack thereof), supporting the coaches (who suck), and our owner making idiotic decisions (lets take away our one advantage by having games later in the day).

At the end of the day, just about everyone here wants to see the dolphins succeed, they just have different opinions on how it should be done. The whole point of a forum is to debate. All too often people on this site seem to forget that we all root for the same team....

That being said, I'll still be in San Diego rooting for the Phins. Hopefully we're going for .500 instead of .250.

There will be a time again I hope when we will be a contender and winning superbowls with the QB and coach we crave. But I want to look back at this period and hold my head high and say we supported and suffered with this team in its darkest hour.

The worst thing as a fan to be called is a gloryhunter that is only supporting a team when its doing well. New England springs to mind.

what smooth are you speaking of. 1984?? 1972? 1973?? there hasn't been smooth for over a decade. take away pennington's mvp year and we probably would have managed yet another 7-9 season.
