Anyone still buying the Herm hype?

Herm is a decent coach, not great or good.

He connects with the players, and it will take a supremely talented team for him to lead to the Super Bowl because he gets out coached against top tier coaches like BB, Cowher, and Reid.

That said, he didnt exactly take over an ideal situation. We were 2 years removed from playoffs, in salary cap hell, and with a washed up QB and Defense. Him and GM Terry Bradway have turned things around.

LoL he didn't get his team any where. The Chargers kicker lost that game. The Jets didn't win it.

Herm is the luckiest SOG HC I have ever seen.
