Don't we get something for the loss of Brock Marion, Ricky Williams, and Todd Wade?When was the last time we received any picks? I know Williams didn't sign with another team, but he did retire and was a quality player. Does anyone know when the actual picks are announced?

Ricky quit, and legally the dolphins still own him. Probably will forever. so no, Ricky is not a free agent. Brock Marion would get you dingleberries on your ice cream.

Actually, I believe that we only hold onto RW's rights for 3 years and then he would be free to sign with any other team without us receiving any compensation.
But we will probably always be stuck with Ricky's bill (what he owes us).

So far this year we're even. We signed 2 UFA's (Tillman & Spragan) & lost 2 UFA's (Knight & Greenwood). Contract & talent wise we got the crappy end. We need to lose both Minor & Robinson to decent size contracts & sign Brad Johnson, not Frerotte, so that we can get two comp picks next year(provided we don't sign any other UFA's like Evans or McDougle).
