Brilliant strategic move to motivate the offense. They know if they can't convert on 3rd down then Bailey will be punting. What better incentive to move the sticks.

I think it’s more of he was rewarded for a crap job. First crossman and now Bailey. Miami literally lost division and a home playoff game because of special teams and this is how miami goes about fixing it
