We need a total and complete rebuild, something we have not done since Parcells. I don't blame Ross as the team is an investment for him; he doesn't know the game like Jerry Jones. He needs to find someone that he can trust to completely run the organization, tell them to go in and no heads are safe. Find someone with experience of building a winner in today's NFL. Pay them whatever they ask and go for it.
