Merged: Eagles send DT Walker to Bills in deal for LB Spikes

I still cant understand how Dolphin fans can talk bad about the Bills! You guys act like we aren't 5-1(should be 6-0) against you guys the last 3 seasons! You guys put up a big fat goose egg the last time we played you guys...a damn goose egg!:sidelol: All you guys can bragg about is the fact that you split with the Pats every year, but you guys seem to always get swept by the Jets and Bills! When you guys can beat us...than talk:rolleyes:

The more and more Fin fans trash the moves, the more I like them.

Granted, they are no AJ Feely for a 2nd, Gordon for a 3rd, Joey Harrington, or Culpepper for a 2nd but they are solid moves.

Spikes Traded To Eagles!!

just saw on espn that TKO has been traded to phili for DT walker and kelly holcomb not that we needed spikes or anything just thought you all would like some news

And exactly what have you all done this offseason other than lose people (both players and coaches) without replacing them, get another year older on D, sign a washed up over 30 former star (emphasis on former) whose own team didn't want him and a kicker (when you already had Mare)? 21-0 sound familiar? Come talk to us when you can actually beat us.

Clements hurt, but we got value for that loser McGahee, who didn't bother to learn the playbook and averaged under 4 ypc and seemed to play only when he wanted to. I call that addition by subtraction, personally. Guys like that can infect a locker room, so good riddance.....

Awww, someone take a leak in your Wheaties this morning? I'm talking to you right now, what about it? You wanna keep bringing up last year? What's that have to do with anything now?

The real kicker here is that you haven't ever won a championship. Not last year, not 10 years back, not 30. If we stink so much, why gloat about it? Shouldn't it be common knowledge that we stink, like Arizona, or the KC Royals?

Since we're just sooo terrible and a pathetic excuse for a team, in your views, why is beating us this great thing?

For a team that's never won a title, how can you talk crap about anyone? At least New England has done something. The Jets too. But you haven't done a damn thing.

Explain that, cara de a$$

Boy, did all of the Buffalo fans come out of the woodwork or what? Awful defensive too! I'm not going to praise or bash the moves, because we just don't know if it's a good or bad trade for them. Too many unknowns at this point. We'll have to see how those players do this year to really know. Kind of like all of our moves. We've cleaned a lot of high priced players this year too. It remains to be seen what both teams are going to do in the draft and how those stepping into the new roles do before we know how both teams did in the off-season. I could care less how either team has done in the past, it's meaningless for this year's record. Fact is, we struggled against most of the AFCE and Bills didn't do much better. Both teams have strides to make before either is a contender. They're doing what they think is right, we're doing what we think is right. They have question marks surrounding their Def right now, we have question marks about our Offense. Neither team or it's fans are in position to bad-mouth either of the other team's players or moves until their own team does a little better and win at least half or more of their games.

we were gonna beat them anyhow...so not 2 more wins...

Isn't that what you all were saying last season? It didn't quite turn out that way, did it?

Ah, but you see, the Bills learned from their mistakes ... which apparently the Fins never have since they're still rooting around in the NFL garbage dumps for their mythical "franchise QB" ...

BTW, a 1st for Bledsoe was a lot, but at least he gave the Bills a lot more excitement (and aggravation) for a lot longer than Daunte ... and the Bills actually won 23 games with him as QB, which is 22 more than Daunte has won with the Fins -- and may be 22 more than Daunte ever wins with the Fins!

Now you're not being fair. The Bills just had more time, that's all. In the post Marino era, the Fins have had the following QBs with significant playing time or have given something up to acquire them:

Jay Fiedler
Ray Lucas
Brian Griese
AJ Feeley
Gus Frerotte
Daunte Culpepper
Joey Harrington

The Bills have had:

Todd Collins
Billy Joe Hobert
Rob Johnson
Doug Flutie
Alex Van Pelt
Drew Bledsoe
Kelly Holcomb
JP Losman

Out of that bunch, Fiedler won the most games with the Fins or the Bills. The Fins get one more crack at it.....

BTW, the jury is still out on Losman. He could still be Jim Kelly or Jay Fiedler.

For some amusement, here are the stats for Fiedler's 1st two seasons with the Fins and Losman's two seasons:

2000 MIA 15 204 357 57.1 2,402 6.73 14 14 74.5 54 267 4.9 1 2 6
2001 MIA 16 273 450 60.7 3,290 7.31 20 19 80.3 73 321 4.4 4 6 24

2005 BUF 9 113 228 49.6 1,340 5.88 8 8 64.9 31 154 5.0 0 7 0
2006 BUF 16 268 429 62.5 3,051 7.11 19 14 84.9 38 140 3.7 1 13 6

Did Losman have knee surgery? So that how can you compare him to DC?
