Shaq made the finals with Orlando, Kobe hasnt even made the playoffs. You take Kobe off that team and put a younger Shaq on it and the team is a top seed in the West. Kobe is a great individual player, but he doesnt have that leadership or the type of game that makes it easier for other players. Kobe is a hard player to play with, Shaq makes the game easier for everyone. Im not an Orlando or Heat fan or Shaq fan either.
Kobe's game was one of the greatest games ever by a player in the NBA no question about it.

Yea and that was what Shaq's 3rd year in the league? This is what Kobes 6th? Kobe is an established Vet, hes the 'leader' on this team and takes all the shots its fair to hold him to the same standard already. Id rather have Shaq in his 3rd year than Kobe right now, not even a question about it.

Thats not what I am saying. Im saying this is only Kobe's second year without Shaq, so give him at least 3 by himself to see if he can make the playoffs/finals or not.
