Merged: Same people year after year/Who Won't be on this Team Next Year?

No TO! If he can't stand McNabb, what do you think he'd do to Gus? Our trading Surtain shows that we're putting more stock in our future than in our present. Don't ruin that!

Gus won't be here next year, and TO won't be available till then...

Mare might retire a Fin...he will restruct like he always does. He is 14-17 like Muck said. One of them was a bad snap...I don't think he is as bad as people are making him out to be.

Howard and Chambers...Howard needs to be gone and Chambers needs to be demoted. I remember hearing we have the money to sign one big name player...get a WR...trade for Moss or something...

Man T.O. would probably dis Marino in his prime. Say to the media that he's no Elway...

It's the same people year after year who keep costing us games and keep making the same mistakes.

Mare---missing too many easy field goals, isn't worth what he is making.

Chambers---drops too many footballs, He is NOT a #1 WR in this league. We need to stop fooling oursleves.

Howard--The guy can't play, thanks Spielman for giving him a contract that makes him impossible to move.

Saban has only had to put up with these three for 9 games, but its been year after year with these guys and nothing ever changes. Christ, even our crappy O-line got their act together this year and is playing better. Yet, the same 3 guys keep making costly mistakes that cost us games.

Agreed. It's very frustrating. Howard is the worst DB in Dolphins history - and we've had some bad ones in the past. Chambers is only good in his own mind and some fans' fantasies and Mare is decent, definetly not worth the contract. He has to take a pay cut to stay in Miami. I say we should try to keep him. Place kickers aren't exactly easy to come by, but he has to re-negotiate.

You may be right, but Booker is far more a #1 WR than CC. At least Booker has gone to a Pro-Bowl and has shown he will make the hard and easy catches.

Regardless of whether or not Booker is a true #1, putting him there would send a big deserving message to Chambers.

They don't happen on Sunday. Except for that fight with Hugh, his antics are saying things to the media.

Well apparently they happen behind closed doors all the time. He is a talented WR, but he is an awful team mate. Plus he has to be an absolute idiot to challenge Hugh Douglas to a fight.

The only way I would want him here is if he plays under an incentive based contract. One that makes it clear if he acts like a 3-year old he will be cut and the team will suffer no CAP consequences.

Yes lets cut Chambers because he did not make a very tough catch. Maybe if Frerotte were better we would not have needed such a hard catch. As for Owens you are joking right yea he is just what the doctor ordered hell we might as well look at Keyshawn.

I HOPE Saban sends a message that nobody is safe. That means h'll get the right players on the field when we're ready to make a run in the coming years.

yup like that year, when the pats cut milloy at the beginning of the year and they went to the superbowl.

Oh Please. Chambers dropped at least 3 very catchable balls.

good post.

we need a #1 WR among many other things....

we need a Holt, Chad Johnson, Santana Moss, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, huge type of playmaker..... we don't have that. Booker is the closest thing, but he has "on" games and "off" games.

First of all Santana Moss shouldnt even be included in that list this is the first year hes done something. And how can Booker be the closest to number 1 if he has on and off games you guys need to get off Chambers back let the man play he is twice as good as booker.

First of all, Chambers is an average receiver at best who makes an acrobatic catch one in a while. Point blank. Booker would be better suited in the #1 spot at this time.

I'd keep Gus as a backup, but they need to bring in a STARTER and a HUGE play reciever by ANY means necessary. Also blow up that entire secondary because it is a complete and utter joke.

Santana came from the same draft (2001).....he has now made strides in becoming the go to guy.....Chambers hasnt

Yep..If any moves are made befor the season ends it should be putting Chambers at #2 and let Booker be #1.

Chambers needs an attitude adjustment, IMO.

Chambers should be traded.

He's not twice as good as anyone, and he's proven it all year. Did you even WATCH this game? Get off it.
