Burden of proof is on T.O., not the rest of the league, to prove he can behave.
Would the Eagles have contended without the off-the-field drama this year? Probably not, especially with Donovan's injury. But I am willing to bet the games they played with McNabb this year may have gone better had either they A. not had T.O., or B. Had him, but with him behaving.
People are quick to point out the Eagles finally made the super Bowl the year T.O. joined the team, and quick to forget that all of the playoff games they won to get there were won without him. He definitely improved the passing game in a large fashion, no doubt, but I'm not sure he was any type of x-factor as the team was able to win their division in years past without him and win throughout the playoffs without him too.
