Steve Young?....but actually, your right, Doug Williams is as close as they got. A franchise QB actually needs to play like a franchise QB for you, so that excludes Steve.

Truth be told, Nobody Miami puts on Evans, will come close to shutting him down. Verner is too short, Howard is still too inexperienced, and Maxwell is too inconsistent.

Miami needs to make Evans a priority, and add an extra body to try to at least contain Evans.
Hopefully when we play them, Miami will be in a groove defensively, and will be able to slow him down.
