NBA series-by-series predictions

Yes they do mainly because of Richard Jefferson.

No they don't..mainly because of Wade and Shaq. The heat matchup better.

Dude..the Heat has history with the Pistons.

We actually did have a 3-2 lead in a series against them when Wade got hurt and had to miss a game and play in another one barely breathing.

Kidd = Billups
Carter=Rip
Jefferson=Prince
Krystic=R.Wallace
Collins=B.Wallace

Williams=Billups
Wade=Rip
Walker/injuried Posey=Prince
Haslem=R.Wallace
Shaq=B.Wallace

The Nets match up better vs the Pistons. There are no real mismatches vs the Pistons for the Nets while the Heat have a huge mismatch with whoever vs Prince. The heat don't have a small forward that can stick with prince on offense and is good enough to not take away from the heats offense with princes good defense with those long arms.

Yes but the Nets matchup better on paper then the heat do. Yes the game isn't played on paper but we do have better matchups then the heat by a little bit. Of course we haven't played the pistons in the playoff like u guys and were different this year. On paper yes we are even or alittle better and to say the nets do not stand a chance vs the pistons is ridiculious. Steve Kerr even said that the nets matchup better.

Dude...your mismatches are your PF and C vs. theirs...

As for Prince....our sf position averages more per game than Prince...Prince is nullified by scoring equal to him or more.

Haslem has always played well against rasheed..

J-Will only played one game healthy vs. Billups this year and scored 20 points.

Wade outscores Rip badly.

SHAQ destroys Ben Wallace every single time they play.

Like I said..we actually have played this team and had them down for the count till all hell broke loose.

We match up better.

The Nets can't rebound with the Pistons, and shoot too low a percentage.

The Heat ranks #1 in the NBA in both categories.

Stop being such a homer.

Krstic is justas good if not better then haslem. B. wallace doesn't score much anyways and Collins is a pretty good defender.

In the grand scheme of things, Krystic is better.

I am talking about the Sheed / Haslem matchup. Haslem has had some very good games defending Sheed.

You can look at Sheed's performance in the losses in last year's ECF.

Haslem defended him the whole game for the most part.

Sheed's points in the series:

GAME 1 20 W
GAME 2 15 L
GAME 3 13 L
GAME 4 20 W
GAME 5 2 points L
GAME 6 11 W
GAME 7 20 W

14.2 ppg in the series vs. Haslem. Notice that the Pistons won when he scored 20..they lost when he got shut down.

What I really find funny is that on Pistons fan boards they call Haslem "Sheed's beotch." it's kinda..the other way around....:sidelol:

That is Alex. Not me. Steve Kerr said that the Suns would beat the Spurs last year in the WCF. How did that turn out? :lol:

:lol: lol yeah but all i'm saying is that the nets match up well vs the pistons because some1 said that they don't have a chance vs the pistons which is untrue.

Good point but it was last year. Not taking anything away from Haslem but it was a year ago. What did he do against him this regular season? just for the heck of it.

Guessing you don't watch alot? B.Wallace is not much of a scoring threat and collins is a pretty good post defender. And R.wallace wouldn't come close to dominating Krstic. He's a good defender and a threat on the offensive side with his post moves and his mid range jumper.

ok fine here

rasheed wallace>krystic
ben wallace=collins

but krystic cant guard rasheed, rasheed is too versatile. and rasheed has good d

well then the same can be said for haslem. Krstic is more of an offensive threat the haslem is and is 4 inches taller. If he goes outside then he has help from kidd and carter who are also good-great defenders. He drives and he has help from collins. Also Nets have robinson off the bench who if a very good defender.
