Bet straight moneyline. Bet $200 a game. Payouts depending on the moneyline are roughly $75 per.

I'm assuming you got a Kansas vs. Ohio State final?
Duke and Kansas.
But what I have in my bracket for office pools is just what I have.
I don't have to bet what I have in my bracket.
For instance, I had Syracuse v. North Carolina. Obviously Syracuse is out. So now I can bet North Carolina over Marquette and because Marquette is a much lower seed than Syracuse would be, instead of betting $200 I will probably bet more because the odds of a #2 beating a #11 is much greater than a #2 over a #3.
It's all about odds. And that's the myth behind the tournament that I'm exposing. If you bet favorites you do very very well.
I've wavered twice in this tournament.
Villanova over George Mason and Richmond over Vanderbilt.

gotcha. Kansas basically has a clearcut path to get there. Duke has to get through SDSU and most likely Ohio State. I'll be shocked if Duke repeats. They also could potentially have to be UConn.
I have Duke winning it.
But office brackets are office brackets. Not a lot of money to be made there because you have to pick everything right then and there.
Now that the Sweet 16 is set, I can bet every game and still make more money.

It's really the best strategy. Might be the only strategy really. Picking upsets is picking upsets. You don't know who is going to upset who. It's just a guess at best.
Favorites win in this tournament the majority of the time. So if you pick the favorites, you may not win, but you'll do very very well.
I did four brackets and I'm first in one of them and second in the other three.
Top three spots pay cash.
