NFL looking into whether Patriots “deflated footballs” in AFC title game

I'm sure it will just a "misunderstanding" and quickly buried by the league.

As has been stated on this thread several times already, no, the teams do not play with the same balls. Each offense brings its own balls to the game for use during their possessions.

Right, and there are only 24 plays in every game aren't there?

At some point the balls get mixed, ESPECIALLY when it is raining.

This is not anything new teams do this all the time.

They don't get mixed. There is a ball rack for the Colts' balls and one for the Pats' balls. Given that only one team has the ball at a time, and only one ball is in play, it is pretty easy to keep straight which balls are which.
 
The pats won't lose any picks. The NFL will probably reward them for cheating so good.
 
I just can't stand these cheting MF anymore.why not suspend the coach a season and take away there next 2 first round picks.
The league has to do more than what they have done in the past.this is really getting out of hand
 
Why do the patriots have something devious going on this league is becoming a joke fast time to get rid of all of Roger Goodell type Patsy's
 
The Celtics used to do all kind of stuff too. It must be a Boston thing. There were complains about them too. They'd turn the heat on the other team's loxker when it was already hot was one of the things. But the NFL is in love with Brady so they won't do anything.
 
Does anyone remember Danny Ainge throwing a whire towell up to make a guy miss a free trow? Ainge was given a $25k fine for that.
 
if this is true, this would be three strikes on Belicheat (Video gate, Welker), so on top of losing draft picks, he needs to be suspended. The man continues to do very unethical, unscrupulous things, but the NFL refuses to punish him personally. He is becoming a blackeye to the game we all love.

Not saying this is true, but looking at the man, and the team...this is very possible.
