Didnt anyone else notice the Jests continued to blow last night? The Redskins handled them without McNabb. Thats right. Rex ****ing Grossman was out there giving it to that almighty Jests defense.

In the meantime, Mark Sanchez continues to look like a Mexican Beck. Have the Jests even scored a TD yet this preseason?????????:err:

Calvin Pace was injured as well and it looks as though the dancing queen will be starting and playing every snap for a couple of weeks in the regular season. :hclap:

Its preseason.. dont take to much stock into it... and what does being mexican have anything to do with it..

He wasnt saying there anything wrong with being a Mexican. He is saying that he plays like John Beck except he is Mexican. Dont put to much thought into it you might hurt yourself.

Don't under-estimate Rex Grossman's ability to light it up from time to time. He struggled as a starter at doing the little things, and he lost confidence from not being able to do the little things that made him pretty useless at the big things too. But when he is on, he can really fire it downfield and make things happen.

Chicago used to refer to good Rex Grossman and bad Rex Grossman, like it was split personalities. Bad Rex Grossman could really hardly do a single thing right. But there was nothing wrong with Good Rex Grossman, that side just started showing up less and less the longer he was in Chicago.

I'm shocked that fins fans would over react to a meaningless preseason game.

Posters 2,3, and 5...........way to stick up for the Jets. Go root for the god damned Jests and start posting how great they are on TGG.

Happens on every board, TGG included. However, it's time to start worrying about the Jets offense. After all, Braylon Edwards told us all to put our judgement in last night's game. Well, my judgement is you looked like ****. Damien Woody came out and said the Jets would make a statement in the right direction this game, didn't happen. Mark Sanchez said the team needs to start getting serious. If that's serious, you have some serious problems. Sanchez said not to be alarmed. Well, Sanchez still blows, and that should be alarming.

The only thing I'm concerned about at this point is the Jets left guard position. Sanchez needs to be better than last year, that's not news to anyone.

And no, we don't go run to start a thread about the other AFCE teams when they lay an egg in the PS. You guys have done it every week of the preseason. It's a joke.

Chill out Willie, What else are we supposed to talk about? It's the pre-season, so were going post about it. Why/how is that shocking news to you?

Good luck with Jason Traitor in his old man tutu trying to create a pass rush, let alone stopping the run.
BTW Dirty SUCKS!

Obviously people are all discussing preseason right now, but some have a better idea of how to view the context of the situation than others. It's more about position battles and fringe players at this point than it is determining how teams will play in the regular season. That's what people don't seem to understand here.

There are threads on both TGG and finheavin complaining about the offensive coordinators right now. As if any game planning is actually being done. Stupid. It's more likely plays are being called to see how certain players can handle each situation.

You're the big bad Jets guaranteed to win the AFC East and make the Superbowl aren't you? Only in the eyes of idiots.

Schotty is actually a decent OC. He got a bad rap last year for whatever reason, not his fault Sanchez blows. Dan Henning on the other hand has sucked for 8 years now. This isn't some new occurrence.
