Ughh...
So many called this before hand...just obvious... and the NFL doesn't care because you'll watch anyway they say. The few who stop... don't matter to them when Swift gave them so many new views and $$.
There's a ton of articles on the SB strictly talking about wtf swift or Mahomes' wife are wearing and all that...most football fans would never care but they need to target their new found cash cow demographic.

A buddy & I were discussing a similar topic earlier. The NFL has become bad but its still not as bad as the nba.

The 49ers knew were they stood. In deep trouble. The Chiefs had ended regulation with two 11 play drives that both ended up with scores. The 49er defense was gassed. It stopped the Chiefs early but couldn't when it counted. The coach knew this. I knew it. It wouldn't have been very smart IMO to put them right back on the field at the start of OT.
It was a Dan Campbell type gamble. If they were successful and scored a TD the pressure would have been on KC and probably the only way the 49ers were going to win the game. Unfortunately, they had to settle for the FG and the gamble backfired.
