:cooldude: I am looking forward to the 2004 season a season of redemption.
I dislike the fact that the New England Patroits have won just as many superbowls as our Miami Dolphins. Miami has not been to a AFC title game since 1992 So I say I'ts time for a change for the better lets make the 2004 2005 season ours. All I got to say is that if Miami is blessed with no major injurys that I'ts time to kick arse and take names.

New England is better than you(and better than the Bill obviously as well)...only thing that can stop them is a Brady injury. All other injuries are insignificant to them.

New England is a good team, however they can be stopped. Hell, the Bills are in the running for the AFC East championship. The Patriots aren't head over shoulders better then every team like everyone wants to believe.

I dont think a Brady injury is the only thing that can stop them.

Smashmouth\breakyourface football can stop em. Belichick is smart but he isn't omniscient and can be out-smarted. The team that beats the patsies hits the last second field goal and makes the last second play.

they went 14-2 last year and won the superbowl with more injuries than any team in the NFL. This year they are even more dangerous:

1. I thought the downfall of the Pats was going to be losing Teddy W....but look who they draft, the perfect replacement, Wilfork.

2. Roosevelt Colvin is now back, just another great defensive player Billy gets to work with(great blitzing LB).

3. David Patten is back, very vital part to their receiving corps.

4. Got a potentially very good TE in the draft, and the Pats use their TE's more than anybody in the offense.

5. They got a steal in the 3rd or 4th round getting Marquise Hill at DE from LSU.

6. Corey Dillon, Corey Dillon, Corey Dillon

No, an injury to Brady is the only thing, all other are expendable.

oh yeah, one more thing, it's Belichick's mind vs:

1. Edwards
2. Mularkey
3. Wanny

it'll take an act of god for them to not to win the division and more

You are acting like they dominated every game last year. They played well, however they could of been beat many times last year. They are not invincible. Everyone wants to believe in dynasties, so that is why they want to believe in the Patriots.

7. stupid Patriots fans that beat up older women.
8. stupid patriot fans that threw snow at Fiedler. Stupid because they should've thrown yellow snow.

I hope God is a Dolphins fan in 2004! :D

Seriously though, I think the Fins & Pats are neck & neck, and the Bills & Jets will be competitive too (and could surprise).
The AFC East is the toughest division in the NFL from top to bottom, hands down. D@mn it.........

AJ Feeley/Feefee and the Dolphin O-line with Chris Foerster calling the plays, against the New England D with Belichick/Crennel calling the plays. Norv Turner is a great offensive mind, and his offenses could only conjure up 13 points on New England last year. What's that you say, the Dollphins offense has improved?, well so has New England's defense(and definitely their offense).

Try not to be a homer and differentiate(sp?) from wishing and predicting.
You can root for the Fins to be better than NE(as will I with the Bills), but deep down you know it's not going to happen(barring a Brady injury).

Looking at least year the Dolphins were one missed field goal from beating the Patriots and they were in the second game.

The only person being a homer is you. You are totally being a Patriot homer and believing in the hype that the patriots are this unbeatable juggernaut.

I think the Patriots are still the favorite, however if they missed the playoffs next year I would not be surprised.

1st Dolphin-Patriots game: Patriots team was more decimated my injuries at that point than any other point in the year. Dolphins had 2 easy shots at the win, missed, and Pats took advantage and won.

2nd game: you scored 0 points...0 points...0 points. Last time I checked that will NEVER get you a win.

Patriots are beatable, but no team in our division is complete enough to stop them. Our division is damn good, but not enough to stop them.

my SB pick as of NOW: New England vs. Washington

In fact, I didn't mention the Dolphins once in my posts.
I did for 2 reasons:

1. a Dolphin fan was disputing the point

2. The Dolphins were the closer than the Bills and Jets to NE last year, so I used them as an example.
