The idiots who keep yapping about 'no evidence' keep disregarding the fact that not only is there mountains of evidence, but also the fact that Brady and the Patriots willfully obstructed the investigation. These people need a wake-up call from the planet Earth...

Imagine how much more evidence they would have had the Pats cooperated with the investigation. Ted Wells was blasting them on the radio the other day talking about how much he was stonewalled through the whole process. NFL had no choice but to come down hard. Otherwise everywone would just plead the 5th on everything.

Supposed "tampering" charges involves doing things off the field, and pretty much every team tries to "recruit" top players, one way or the other. In th NBA players text each other asking them to come play for their team. La'el Collins was the subject of recruiting....that isn't illegal. This is much different from tampering with footballs to gain a competitive edge on the field.

By the way, the Patriots now say that the Deflator was just called the Deflator because he was trying to lose weight.
