You're absolutely right that one season doesn't make a career.

However, if you're trying to compare two players you use the data that is available.

I liked Herbert more as a prospect before the draft, more than Burrow even and I'd have taken Herbert #1 overall if I had that choice to make. Nothing that happened last season changed my mind about that pre-draft analysis.

Yah I use the college data against Herbert and yes he did it it yet again - put up stats that are immaterial to me
