Dolphins lose C Kilgore (triceps) for season
6669.jpg

Dolphins C Daniel Kilgore is out for the season with a torn triceps.

You never want to dig into your depth, but Kilgore was abjectly terrible through the Dolphins' first four games. Travis Swanson is the next man up. The difference between the two players should not be large, although Miami's offensive line issues are building after already losing LG Josh Sitton to I.R.
No difference? Swanson snapped the ball over Tannehill's head.

You know when I was talking to my cousin in Tennessee who doesn’t know much about football when we made playoffs back in 2017 he said something that kinda stuck with me......I see your Dolphins made the playoffs finally, I said well yeah but we lost our starting QB both starting safeties offensive lineman etc. he said Damn maybe they should get some different players then.

We've had two offseasons of roster overhaul since then.

What a bust this off-season was. So much for having the best line we've had in years. Guys can't stay on the ****ing field. So tired of it.

aaaaaand this is why you draft your OL, not sign guys that are 30+

Another one of Gase's guys bites the dust. We're down to Gore and Amendola, who have been invisible this year.

Trade off all assets for a Cleveland style rebuild. The "façade" that this team continually puts up by finishing at or near .500 isn't getting us anywhere. I'm for a blow up and build through the draft mentality.

Yes because Cleveland does it right. the team that I want to mimic is the one that ends up in last place every year

Bad luck.

They’re trying. You can’t draft an O line, two plug and play LBs, a DT to rip it up, a boundary receiver made of something other than glass, Dan Marino 2.0, Sam Madison 2.0, and hire Bill Arnsparger in 3 seasons.

Lots of piss poor years to clean up.

I have to be magnanimous. They’re my guys, no matter what.
