I will be surprised if heads roll on Monday. I see Ross taking some time to ponder the franchises future. Hope I'm wrong tho.
 
I still think Ross wants to see if Gase can get the players to play with nothing on the line...
 
What has Grier done to be kept? I need to know.
 
We are assuming Ross is finally going to blow it all up. I’m not convinced. I see some half ass measures like he’s always done.

Grier has put together a string of respectable drafts.

There's been blunders, like Harris in the first. But he's hit on various mid-late round picks. He didn't botch the minkah decision either, which we've come to expect from the Dolphins in this century. Best player was right there in our laps and we took him

YOUve gotta look at the conversion rate of draft picks to success. Miami is likely towards the top in the category over he last few years.

Not saying there isn't room for improvement though. But the draft is a crapshoot for the majority of teams, and we've plucked some decent starters all over the draft

I think you almost have to keep him temporarily. The draft is coming too soon for a new GM to install a new scouting dept.

Yeah. Those are kind of dominos that were just waiting to see fall. Whether this is gonna be a big "blow up" or if we're just gonna replace a QB or a VP. Gotta just gotta see the direction Ross wants to take first

I can only hope he realizes delaying only let's other teams get out in front.
