*** 2011 Stanley Cup Playoffs ***

I would say that if the game was in Boston. Since it is in Vancouver, there is a good chance that Luongo will play a much better game.

maybe...i'm sure he will play better...but will he outplay thomas...thats the question...the only thing i worry about with thomas is the purposeful off the boards shots cause he comes so far out to challenge even point shots and then nucks getting a good bounce off the home glass for a tap in

but you can bet the bruins will be testing luongo glove high in game 7 a ton...and when he overcommits there five hole

oh yes sir...game 7 is here...any predictions phinsphan11??? you've been spot on with your cup finals calls to date...

come on bruins!!! bring back the cup

I haven't made any predictions, just saying who I hope will win. This time I will make a prediction, the Canucks will win tonight.

Time for Period two, Eh?

Gooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaal!!!

B's up 3-0 with the shortie!!!

Edit: Like the porn starlet said, "The hole becomes large"

Bruins lead 3-0 after two.

... Starting to look like Luongo doesn't have Sid to bail him out this time.

Congratulations to the Bruins, I'm happy for Tim Thomas. Certainly learned a lot about Luongo in this series... He can be the best goalie in the league, and he can also be horrendous. He needs to work on consistency if the Canucks plan on making a run at it again.

I'll rectify what I said earlier... the bruins earned those last two games, and by a large margin

I don't know what happened, but Vancouver didn't play the hockey they're able to ... injuries ? lack of energy ? despair ? lost their mojo ? I don't know

congrats to the bruins, I guess (I just puked all over my keyboard)

see you next year, nhl !

I was pulling for the Bruins mainly because of Tim Thomas and Mark Recchi. Tim Thomas is a guy who traveled along way to get here....playing in the ahl then europe, got a chance in the nhl and then back the ahl then europe etc...happy he stuck with it and became one of the best goalies for the last couple of years. Recchi who is I think 43 years old, and has I think 1,500 points plus....that's crazy. 3 cups in 3 decades with 3 different teams also I think. Congrats to them and the Bruins.

Lot's of I think's based off my knowledge lol..too lazy to actually look it up

Tim Thomas was the most entertaining player to watch for the last two games ... and some others before that, but man... in a stanley cup final, what more do you want out of your goaltender ? the guy was awesome
