2014 NFL Dream Draft rounds 1-3

What round is Keith McGill worthy of? I'd love a corner with that size, in the mold of Sherman. But can't afford a high pick on corner with other needs... Really need Grimes back though

I really like the OP's idea, if those players are all available when Miami picks. This is one of the best mocks I have seen. I'd add JC Copeland, the fullback out of LSU in the 4th and Cody Latimer, the strong 6'3 receiver from Indiana on day 3. One thing on Nix, though. If Miami signs Soliai and not Starks, Donald, the kid out of Pitt, may actually be a better fit. Donald is very active and reminds me of John Randle. Donald may pair well with Soliai whereas Nix and Soliai together could be sluggish.

If Miami can get a LT in free agency, and add those draft picks, the Dolphins would be a much more physical team, which is something needed.

Jimmie Wilson takes great angles, has great ball skills, and he can cover WR's. Pryor struggles in space. Obviously you've been paying attention.

He's nothing like Plamalu, but he is similar in some respects to Bob Sanders - who was an in-the-box safety.

Are you Jimmy Wilson's agent or something? Guy really isn't that good.

1.Cyrus Kouandjio OT

2.Tre Mason JR RB

3.Martavis Bryant WR

Cyrus was black flagged by just about every team at the combine because of a botched knee surgery. Maybe if he falls to round 3 I would bite, but no way round 1.

LOVE #2. OK with #3.

NO gumpers though. The character issues have come to light on these guys after satan can't cover for them anymore. Ex-bammers are on rap sheets all over this league, and have routinely been busts.

I think you mean Jimmie Ward

What if we are unable to get the ideal linemen in FA, and only get say a gaurd, and going into the draft at each of our picks we are FORCED to reach for a linemen, do you take BPA or reach for need?

I worry we may have a hard time getting what we need in FA (LT,G,RT,DT,FS), and get stuck reaching for linemen.

Of course everything won't happen in FA. But I think we're in great position if we can grab: LT, G, resign one of our own DT's, resign Clemons, resign Grimes, possibly Carroll.. trouble thinking of more resignings, but I'd also cut ties with Patterson (some money for Carroll essentially) and Moore. Only cut Wheeler once we know we have someone else to step in over him. Play Jenkins and keep Wheeler as a backup if need be.

But my ideal OL lineup would be LT- Monroe/Collins, LG- draft?, C- Pouncey, RG- Asamoah, RT- draft?

If we only NEED two positions (drafting Martin to play either LG or RT is prime here) we're in good shape to somewhat go BPA I think. Say Rd 1 is Martin then the next few rounds I'd look at the best LB's, OL, Rb's, and then other positions, but you can't pass up talent like Ireland was known for. This COULD be a great offseason on paper
