Today's starting 4-3 DL is DEs Jonathan Woodard and Charles Harris with DTs Davon Godchaux and Christian Wilkins

I like Woodard. He was playing well last year until the concussion ended his season.

I don't know what it means if anything at this point Ballage over Drake - I've heard they really like Ballage from somewhere
They also had McMillan and M Fitzpatrick with the 2nd team more than the 1st so????

I will tell you what it means. Having a few twos practicing with the ones gives the coaches a chance to test the depth. They want to know if Ballage can step in and be the workhorse if Drake goes down. They want to make sure they have a quality backup MLB if McMillan goes down. They want to give Bobby McCain work at FS incase the need Fitzpatrick around more. More importantly, it keeps every player on the roster engaged, prepared and ready to step in and play at a high level when their number is called. And that is brilliant.
