4 picks...4 starters

Micheal Egnew will be our starting TE.

Fasano's only asset is his blocking now, not worth the 4.75 mil cap hit he has.

Very good point. Could be they stocked up on TE's so they can cut him and restructure Wake........

I think Tannehill sits at least this year. Martin may not be strong enough to start right away, so he may need to sit the 1st year, while getting upper body strengthened. Vernon is a rush specialist, that may be groomed as the hybrid guy within the defense and will see plenty of playing time on obvious passing downs. Egnew with his catching prowess and speed, will most certainly be used alot. so I don't agree about 4 starters this season. But will admit they all have starting potential down the road.

Wishful thinking. I just hope 2-3 years from now they are not only starting but playing at a high level or us

I think so far we have drafted 4 starters. I believe Tannehill starts from day 1 and silences all those who say he was a reach. Vernen Oliver looks like a stud prospect who if wasnt suspended last year could have been a 1st round pick. Jonathon Martin will start right away at right tackle and if we didnt have Jake Long he could probally start at left tackle which would be good if long gets hurt. And Michael Egnew looks like a Jermichael Finely clone who Philbin will use to create havoc on offense. Love the draft so far...and now we have 5 picks tommorow! Go PHINS!

Please pass what your smoking. Tannehill wont start day one. I like Egnew but we will be our #2 or 3 TE and will not start. Vernon will be a situational pass rusher and only play 10-15 snaps a game and will not start over odrick. Martin is the only starter this year that we drafted. Dissapointing draft so far

I love the draft too. All solid need picks for this year and beyond. Tannehill I see no reason will not be given a chance to compete, after all he isn't behind Manning or Brady so I don't see the QB position as locked. Good teams win spreading the Ball around. A "Stud" WR isn't a necessity like everyone thinks.

Its not necessarily a stud that we need but someone who can spread the d a bit.
