That's because the D was slacking. How many int's did he end up w/ when the D decided to turn things up?

He has a rookie rb. who you HOPE will make an impact right away.

He may have a solid OC but how long do you think before he learns it? How did he do last year? You HOPE he learns it right away.


A year under his belt w/ Linehans system? Don't think so.

A real "college" HC. So was Spurrier and Davis.You HOPE Saban doesn't turn out like them


A real OL coach. How long do you think it will take that Ol to gel?You HOPE they gel fast.

See it's all HOPE not fact.

If i were you, I'd spend more time worrying about Losman. He hasn't proven a thing yet.
In deference to your prior posts, there is a reason he lasted until the end of the 1st rd last year. He can be erratic, not the most accurate of passers and does not have great touch on the ball.
He's athletic and has a good arm. However, that's not always enough. Personally, I do think he will pan out. However, no one knows for sure. Including you.

You just decribed Feely too although he's not as athletic as JP.

I'm not the one saying that my team will make playoffs especially coming from a rebuilding mode. Your fellow finfans did.
 
Is it true that Ferrotte was once a pro bowler?

I saw Eli play also and I dont know which Qb you were watching, cause Eli play like Sh&t....now you can say that you dont like AJ, which is ok, but do not put the guy down every time, using lame comparison, like you just did with Eli.
 
I think Frerotte will be the starter by game 7...you heard it here first.
 
I see Feely being a good QB. He just needs a legitamate shot at it. Being on a team that had no running threat, A.J had to drop back with at least 4 guys on his back because no team respected the Phins running game. Now with the running threat in place, there is no doubt in my mind that A.J will pick up on a level that no one in Miami has seen him on before. Also last years system would have made any QB in the league look like Ray Lucas IMO.

I haven't made any posts stating emphatically that Feeley is a budding star. I do believe he's better than many think he is. Many of your posts regarding Feeley are not inquisitive, but rather definitive in the way you seem to feel he has no shot of ever being a successful QB. With all of last years' problems on offense, I say there isn't enough to judge him by, one way or the other.

You can use the same excuses and apply them to Eli. The difference is that Eli is a rookie and Aj has been in the league for 5 years. He's a back-up at best. He doesn't have what it takes to take your team all the way. The better coaches are gonna be able to exploit that like they did Drew and Rob Johnson. Feely did look those two when he had a horrible OL.

I rest my case. I didn't give any excuses, I used unemotional objective analysis. You have a problem with reading comprehension.

By your uninformed logic Carolina and Seattle should never have acquired Delhomme and Hasselbeck. You don't know enough about Feeley to make those bold pronouncements.
Being uninformed and opinionated is a scary combination.
 
Too early to tell how Feely Is going to be. The one issue i do have with him is that his deep ball is terrible and if Linehan's O is going to deep alot, he's gonna flop.
