Not advocating we draft him but just watched his running style is eerily similar to Lamar Miller's.

UNBELEIVABLE!

Listed at 5'11/205, Green has some fans in the draftnik community (NFL.com's Lance Zierlein wrote Green "is a creative runner with instant change-of-direction skills that allow him to cut and go without gearing down")

just like Miller, He surpassed the 1,000-yard rushing mark once in his career.

a nd just like Lamar Miller, Aaron Green says he was underutilized at TCU and has more to give in the NFL.

Would be an awesome compliment to Jay, can be had for a mid-late round pick and would have a great chance to develop in a committee. He has serious vision, just needs to learn a little more awareness on those breakaways - sign me up!

Kind of looks like Reggie Bush too. I want to wait for Christian McCaffrey next year! All we need is a one year stop gap vet as Ajayi should be plenty fine carrying the rock. I don't believe we should be wasting picks on running backs this year with all the holes that we have on Defense and the ?'s we have on the o line. I guess we'll see....

Derrick Henry in the second and Green later. Miami could then run the ball with the trio of Henry, Green and Ajayi and by the fourth quarter opposing defenses will be too tired to rush Tannehill.

he doesn't have the 6th gear that Lamar has and that with around 15 lbs less body weight

IMO that 6th gear is vastly overrated. He got to flash it what? 2 times in 4 years of football. 64 games . . . Certainly nice to have, but its not the first thing I wanna see on a RB resume.

I do not put much into highlight videos so I am not putting this kid on Lamar's level, but just from a glance I tend to agree with another post on the Reggie Bush comparison . . . .definitely more Reggie than Lamar . . . If he can pass protect worth anything he will be on somebody's roster come September.

If he can catch anything like bush could out of the backfield, he'd be a great pick up late.

In that video, some of those holes were huuuuge. Gotta like that cutback and vision though.

So he's gonna play here a couple years, run 1000 yards in a futile effort a couple times, and then leave for another team?

Check.

You are advocating taking two RB in the draft with what the roster looks like? I can't see that happening.

Yeah but does he go down when someone's pinky finger nail lightly brushes his leg?

Lamar cannot break a tackle - Lamar lovers need to get over it!

Lamar came into the league only around 212 or so and bulked up around 10 pounds. Im sure this guy can bulk up too and keep his running ability. With that said i dont think it'll be that easy to find another back like lamar.

Next year
Leonard Fournette and Dalvin Cook will declare, get a 1 year stopgap and then get a true stud at RB

which keeps him without that homerun hitting ability then
