He should be grateful that we sent him to a playoff contender. We should have shipped his *** to the Browns.

Inability to follow the gameplan seemed a rather bigger issue.

Supported the trade at the time, still do

Didn't take it as a shot. They left out the part where he said he learned from the situation and will now shut up and just play football.

Nonetheless, it's time to move on. I was initially against the trade but it worked out well for all parties involved. We like Drake. They like Ajayi and he seems to fit in well there. Wish him the best going forward but would rather not watch Nick Foles in the Super Bowl. Go Saints/Vikings.

They are getting dominated by the refs. It's unreal. Bad enough the Patriots are home and without a doubt the better team.... But to have the refs in the bag as well? Takes any miracle shot away. What a horrible choice for the night game.

Titans had a shot to make this a close game by dominating the trenches on both sides of the ball. However, they aren't being allowed to actually play football. When the were.... It was 7-0 and Brady looked lost.

Bad Off PI call on decker
    Missed Facemask on Patriots
On a Mariota run that looked like he had the first, refs appeared to short him 2 yards. Refs didn't even call for a booth review.
No way NE should have gotten that timeout to try that last second FG.
Hogan got away with a high illegal block on Woodyard. Robert Woods was called for the same kind of block last week.

NFL loves Kraft and New England ... not interested in a small market like Tennessee advancing, and certainly not at the expense of their media darling Pats and Brady. Blech.

There was no way the league was going to allow Tennesse to win this game. They saw what was happening and the refs went to work.

if under this national spotlight, players, sportswriters and fans don't start a groundswell of indignant criticism of the flagrant fix then I think all is lost and we as an audience have in frustration capitulated and now just consider football as less of a sport and more a scripted exhibition

Yea Ajayi too open and honest like complaining about not getting enough touches when we are behind big and throwing the ball in a comeback win. That's not being open or honest it's being selfish.

I think New England is just a better football team, BUT, everyone in America is watching this game tonight wondering what the hell is wrong with NFL officiating.

Don't know what to tell ya.

Ajayi wasn’t traded because he was outspoken. He was traded because he was outspoken against the gameplans and wanted to be fed the ball at the expense of the rest of the offense.
With respect to the Pats, the only way to send the NFL a message is to not watch and let the ratings tank.
I will ignore the SB if the Pats advance.

Not a Patriot fan but how can you not marvel at the play of Tom Brady. At 40 the best player in the league. The throws, the intelligence and most importantly the will to win.

Brady's great, Gronk is unbelievable, that whole team is damn good. I just wish they weren't getting a push in the back from the zebras to boot.

no one is denying bradys awesomeness, its just absurd how the refs are always there when the game is close to make a difference for the pats.

what the heck was with that 4th and 5, pats about to punt deep in there own territory, flag thrown, they call false start on the pats, and next thing u know, they change it to neutral zone infraction, 5 yd penalty tenn, automatic 1st down pats, and sure enough they go down the field and score.

what exactly made them switch the call? its not like u can go to replay and review it and then see u missed something, they obviously thought it was on the pats, first so they called it on the pats. this crap only benefits the pats.

For all of Brady's amazing awesomeness, his greatness benefited from Belichick spying on opposing team's practices. His royal self benefited from deflating footballs in a rainy game.
    Amazing indeed :meh

Best of luck to Ajayi. It must be nice being traded from 6-10 to #1 seed in the NFC. He’ll still end up facing the Patriots so hopefully he can help beat their ***.

Jay Ajayi is simply a very good football player. It's comical to read some of the assertions that he is too stiff in the upper body to contribute as a pass receiver, and so forth.

Ajayi improved dramatically as 2016 wore on, and he's improved tremendously as 2017 has advanced. He's really running with athletic arrogance right now. Moves and energy and attitude. Everyone was praising Ajayi for his contribution today, including Tony Dungy on the post game show.

That's the way it should be. You don't get rewarded for selling low.

I can't imagine being an Adjuster. Imagine all the low percentage requirements you rely on: Ajayi's knees are bad. He'll be out of the league soon. Ajayi doesn't follow his blockers. He's a liability. Ajayi is a cancer in the locker room.

I'm sure those will be ongoing themes. It is sucker material galore. I do give credit to the posters who don't fall for that stuff. The ones who will fall for it are the predictable lot. They overreact to every game and every situation. Coach speak is their glory.

If you merely sit back and rely on an overview, not much goes wrong. The truth rallies and returns.

Ajayi's full quote was not provided. He said the Dolphin experience taught him that the NFL is a business. No kidding. And business leaders don't like to be told they are wrong, despite all evidence and truth. Preferable to shut up and watch the screen passes.

I don’t understand your Ajayi comments. In the Tannehill discussions, the “tape guys” are the happy adjusters and Tannehill doesn’t have the numbers to be considered elite. With Ajayi it seems you are one of the “tape guys” because his numbers sure don’t scream excellence. 1 TD this season on 208 attempts. For his career he has 11 TDs (10 rushing + 1 receiving) but also 7 fumbles. Can you tell me what you think makes him a very good football player?

I wish Ajayi well. I believe the doctors who say his knee won’t last. He would have never received a second contract in Miami. i would have preferred more compensation. To me it’s clear Drake is a far superior player.

It happens too often when teams play the Pats something unusual always seems to happen. Remember that 4th down play where the play clock ran out and reset its self and Pats got another 40 seconds!! I was pissed!

Brady is very good, but he and the offense look even better when they get do overs and extra downs to convert 1st downs and sustain drives as a result of phantom or ticky tack calls against the defense.
I’m still incensed by the batted ball call against Olivier Vernon several yrs back. Haven’t seen a call like it since.

The worst call was when they reversed the call saying the Titans jumped first when the Pats were punting deep in their own end and allowing them to get a first down. That was such BS. The Pats guy flinched first. I have never seen that call reversed before. Only the Pats would get a call like that.
