Anybody hoping Bama falls off may not want to look in that cupboard...

Yeah Bama isnt slowing down till Saban retires only thing you can ask for is for other schools to keep up. Nick was way ahead of the rest of the nation with how he handled his staff with analysts and teams are just starting to do that within the last couple years.

Oh yea...big thanks to Kirby for trying that stupid fake punt...Thanks bro!!!

Saban was guilt of the same in the Championship game. What a lame fake FG. Like the announcers said just keep your offense out there if you are going for it on 4th and 6.

Coming home tonight and stuck in traffic as the expressway is being torn up, I heard Nick Saban interviewed on the late night radio. He actually begged the press pool to write negative stories about his team.

That team looks so dominant right now that I think he was serious.

Now you know why Saban said what he said way back in September. Most people were only able to see Bama rolling up opponents and scoring a lot of points - the shiny new convertible - but nobody could see the oil leaking or the bald tires. I saw it. Saban saw it.

Bama fans whatcha think of Josh Gattis? Hes coming to Michigan. I know he was a great recruiter for Penn State and was considered a future star

Great recruiter and outstanding young WR's coach. But this appears to be part of the evaluation process of assistant coaches and Saban wanting to get back to more of the bullyball tactics and away from so many of the spread concepts. Gattis will do a good job for Harbaugh.

The constant staff turnover every year at Bama with coordinators on both sides of the ball going on to be head coaches at other schools has killed the program. I think Saban hired a bunch of great recruiters after feeling like he lost in recruiting to UGA last year, but I think now he realizes they may not have necessarily been great coaches in terms of formulating a game plan or adjusting. A lot of things were exposed on the coaching staff Monday night. He'll get it fixed.

What do you think if Dan Enos?

I wasn't that impressed with him. As I mentioned before, he was the QB coach and I just never saw the development with Tua. He was the same QB Monday night that he was in the second half against UGA in the national championship game last year. What I mean by that is - the game management skills never developed. Learning how to throw the ball away, hit his checkdown, and learn how to protect himself. Those are the things Tua needed to be coached on. He was already able to throw 50 yard lasers in his sleep before Enos was hired.

He was originally heading to Maryland, but Michigan came in and gave him a better opportunity. Good for him.

Hurts going to Oklahoma...

I figured it was there or go with Locksley to Maryland. From what I've heard Jalen Hurts and Dan Enos hate each other.

Well, turns out everybody in the program hated Enos. I've got clips in games of Tua flat out walking away from Enos while he's talking.

Not sure what to call whatever that is Bama puts on the field when they don’t have the ball - but it ain’t defense.

More like escorts for the other team’s scoring plays. I’ve been saying this since 2018, but Alabama has to revisit everything on that side of the ball. Golding has no idea what he’s doing.

The fundamentals are not being taught anymore on that side of the ball. They left with Kirby and Pruitt. When you see guys going for interceptions when they know there’s nobody left behind them - it’s a problem.

And that’s without mentioning losing the edges and not being set to play when the ball is snapped because nobody knows where to line up.

It’s embarrassing and unacceptable that Saban allows this to continue. Tonight is the worst I’ve ever seen in more than 50 years of Alabama football. This ain’t Alabama football.

Nick has to be wondering how bad this guy would be if he didn’t have Alabama’s athletes on defense.

Even the Big-12 makes fun of Alabama’s defense under Golding.
