Might just be the conditions but throwing 8 yard slants he puts a TON of effort into his throwing motion. Not inspiring to see that he needs to push the ball medium distances.

Believe whatever you need to in order to sleep at night. He was never a 1st round talent, he most certainly set us back a decade, and he's still nothing more than average.
