Anyone for a CB at #19?

A lot of good players came from that draft but even with that if you did a redraft you could make the argument for safety as the top two picks. So if you can do it in hindsight you should most definitely be able to do it in foresight.

Well by your logic everyone should know how each and every player will turn out. Like what are you even implying lol. Of course Thomas was gonna be a beast but obviously other teams had other needs higher.

Still waiting to hear when Davis looked real good too during the season

Out of the top 3, Kyle Fuller is the only one who can play off-coverage. Dennard and Gilbert are press corners. I have Fuller rated #19 overall, so if he was the top player available, then take him.

We have Grimes who is over 30. We have Finnegen who is over 30, with many mixed reviews. We have Taylor, who I like, but has not yet seen the field. There are two first rounds talents in Gilbert, 6'0", 200 pounds, and 4.37 speed, along with Dennard, 5'11", 200 pounds, and 4.5 speed.

They are pretty close. According to McShea, Gilbert will give you more big plays but, Dennard is better in coverage, and a VG tackler, especially on the short routes.

Where does a CB fit in for the #19 pick?

Not at #19 unless he's a guaranteed starter. Davis and Taylor were drafted pretty high last year and it would suck to draft another guy who didn't contribute like they did much of last year.
