You're basing this on Bullygate, and without the report even being known. I basing my opinion on watching him every game in 2012, his off season commitment, on his own time and at his own expense, to get better after that disaster of a season, and his improvement in 2013 which he had.
I also consider that he is young, cheap, and don't see getting a better OT prospect in the 4th round.
like it or not bullygate will play a role, teams would be bringing in a guy who they don't know if he can handle the LR, he was basically an average player and add in everyone expects Miami to release him and why would anyone give up a pick let alone a mid rd pick for a guy like that?
