Apparently the Fins are in trouble for not letting Hobos sleep in the stadium

Yeah, welfare for billionaires is ok ... now the homeless want welfare TOO!! ... the nerve!!

Maybe they can just rename the stadium to make everyone happy ... SunLife Hobo Camp!! Sell mulligan stew at the concession stands. They could give the squeegee windshields concession to the homeless at the parking lots.

I'll bet Ross will go for the idea ... that way when fans yell, "THE BUMS!!" ... Ross won't have to take it personally!! :lol:
 
Would buying tickets for a Hobo Camp be tax deductable?? ... Charitible Contribution?
 
No matter what you or I might think of the homeless and the reasons they're sunk that low, the bottom-line is that these stadiums made a conscious and binding pact agreeing to provide shelter in exchange for governmental financial benefits and relief. It is what it is :idk:

Personally, I have more of a problem having my taxpayer revenues bail out irresponsible financial institutions who then go ahead and allocate a chunk of that corporate welfare to pay out 7 and 8 figure bonu$es to their very employees whose malfeasances created these crises. In the realm of things, helping the homeless, some of whom are that way thanks to the unchecked excesses of the big businesses we've stepped in to rescue, is a blip on the spending radar.
 
I like the law actually....if you receive public funds, please perform a public service. Of course they would have to be out on days the stadium is in use, but I dont see a problem with the law.

Put all the hobos in Florida in the thousands of empty seats at Dolphins home games. At least the stadium wouldn't look so fricken empty on game day.

Easy for you to say from all the way in Madison, Wisconsin lol.

Invite a bum over to your place and allow them to sit next to you on the couch while you watch the Dolphins and see how you feel about it.

I'm not sitting next to some bum that hasn't washed in months while he bakes in the South Florida heat.

Bad enough we have to sit next to Gator fans sometimes.
