Painter? If Luke Falk, Jake Rudock, or David Fales is behind center in game 1 on...it's a tank job.
Last unofficial tank job was 2011...guess who was the captain of the ship that year?

Think he might be talking about Jim Caldwell. Who is now the asst HC.Painter?
New regime.
New O system.
New D system.
Roster purge.
Youth movement.
Focus on future (not "win now").
Develop. Build. Team.
Beyond that -- define it as you will.

i agree it would impossible to pass up Murray or Haskins at 13 , but if they're not there we have so many potential day one defensive starters to pick from....this time just don't reach or take an injured player ( Jordan, Parker etc )Though rebuilding is too strong a word for what they are doing, I am sure they are rebuilding if it's true they are handling the lines this year, and going QB next year...Which I also don't believe 100%, because if they get a chance at one of the two top QBs this year, they might pull the trigger.
Yes, which is why I'm proposing a fan initiative that I like to call:Are we all in agreement that we're most likely going to suffer this season?
Disagree. The only rebuild was 2008-09 when the Trifecta churned more than half the roster. For years his team has believed they were close and that a free agent or two would get them to the top. This team has been “rebuilding” for almost 20 years (“3 years” is always the magical timeframe for some reason, but I don’t think there’s any evidence of that being the case). There’s no such thing. Nothing matters until you have a legit QB and you’re simply far less likely to land that if you’re picking in the teens every year after 8-8 seasons.

Third and longneck
When our poorly performing 2019 Dolphins get into yet another 3rd down and long, rather than despair or shout obscenities in frustration, let's pop open another longneck beverage. Sure, it may take some dedication, because it will mean opening a lot of beers, but if we drink them with friends I think we can manage popping one longneck every 3rd and long and still have a good time.
