I didn't read the article, how did he get around the fact the Dolphins can't divulge any players personal health issues?

The author of the article is questioning why the fins didn't stick with Bess while he went through treatment to get him stable . I'm aware recovering from mental illness isn't achieved over night, but the fact of the matter is, rather then help one of their players through a rough time, the Fins decided to disassociate themselves from him- immediately.

At some point, Bess is responsible for himself and not his employer. The Fins can get into a ton of **** if they cough up confidential info to another employer. Miami should have just released him and not swung a deal, but this writer might have killed them for that as well.
With all the bad stuff in the world, this guy seems to put this near the top.
