Have you guys noticed that most pre-season predictions have you guys winning 3-6 games?

I know you added players, some are decent (Kevin Carter), some have potential (Roth, Crowder, Brown), but some have lost a step or left (Seau, Surtain, Knight, and Poole to injury) You have improved your coaching staff, but they are far from one of the best in the league at this point. Sure Saban has NFL Experiance,...over a decade ago.

I know that you want to be good this year, but is it possible that you are over rating your team? I mean, is every single professional NFL writer wrong?

You'll say "nobody picked San Diego last year, but that isn't a fair compariosn. They have been building that team through the draft every year, getting high picks and keeping them, and developing them.

You're drafts have been horrible for years, you've traded away picks, and let guys you did draft go...How many draft picks from the last 7 years (not counting this one) are on the roster?

I could be completely wrong, you could go undeafeated, but if I was a betting man I wouldn't expect a season over 6 wins.

You are so full of it. Look at San Diego's roster. Before last year, you would have looked at it and laughed at anyone who tried to tell you that they would win the AFC West over the Broncos and Chiefs. Their drafts have not exactly been stellar, with LT obviously being a stud, but otherwise nothing great. And plus, our veterans are 10X better then the Charger vets, so we dont need those rookies and UDFAs to fill key needs.

Bottome line: you are full of crap and once again, I see a Bills fan who tries to act all friendly but is really scared to death of what the Dolphins could do to him and his rookie QB this year.

4 wins + Ronnie, Ricky, Boston, Carter, Traylor, Chester, a quality staff and approach = less wins ??????? Worst prediction I've heard yet. Even the trolls who come here haven't gone that low. I guess when your predicting your favorite team to win almost every game, you must assume that a team you dislike, on the converse, will lose almost every game !!!

I guess we are going to surprise some people this year even if we still have a losing record. Shows what they know.

Just remember these reporters are paid to write on every team... they know half as much as we do about our team. The information they provide is useless to us, it's intended for people who don't follow their team day in and day out like we do.

thats a thing that real get me mad that we have one bad year and everybody say that were going to be 3-13 team i think the dolphins will surprise everybody and go 10-6 or 11-5 lol i don't see the bills going 11-5 not with that qb jp losman

I would have to say that I disagree with anyone who thinks the Dolphins will win fewer than 5 games. Considering all the bad stuff that happened last year, and the good offseason so far this year, I just can't see the team not improving by at least a game. I personally think they'll go 8-8, but I would not disagree with anyone who would predict 7-9, 6-10, or 5-11.

All the sports mags out right now have predicted us to finish last with either 5 wins or less.

The Bills overrated D is why many have them predicted to finish better than .500.

Miami will finish 9-7 10-6 if San Diego can finish with a 12-4 after a dismal 4-12 i think Miami can also right?
SD didn't have a new HC or system. They weren't rebuilding like the fins.

Yeah, but they also didn't have as good of a coach as Nick Saban.

...and don't tell me all this "How do you know, he hasn't coached a game yet?"...

Yes he has. Go look at his track record.

Am I saying we'll go 12-4 and make it to the divisional round of the playoffs?

No.

But I am saying that you are crazy, blind and nuts if you think we'll finish 4-12 or 6-10 this year.

where did I say you were going 4-12?

Saban doesn't have a HC track record in the NFL for me to check. You mean his DC track record? Wanny has a sb ring as a DC.

:shakeno:

Wanny rode JJ's coattails on that team. JJ stocked the talent. I could have coached them.

Nick Saban turned the Brown's last ranked defense into the league's top ranked defense in one season.

At this point, Nick Saban hasn't coached a game yet in the NFL as a HEAD coach, but he's already accomplished more than Mike Mularkey.

Greg Williams? Wade Phlipps. They all have longer resume's than Saban as DC's. They all sucked as HC's.

Maybe Saban rode Bellichick's coattails

You can turn this into smack by bringing in Mularkey all you want. Fact is, Saban hasn't proven himself to be better than Shottenheimer. Should Saban fail to go 6-10 this year. We'll see if you even show up to eat crow. You know I will be back to call you out. :D.
