Early this morning I mentioned they would deploy AVG outside, in a way schemed like Phillips. Great move by Fangio. I’ve always felt AVG was a dynamic player that needs to be able to roam a bit. Did we even hear Baker’s or Seiler’s name called today? Long played better, made special team plays. AVG was the man today, and Chubb finally showed up.

Long needed to play more than the 17 snaps he had in the Chargers game. Hopefully he will be a fixture in the middle from now on. I was hoping to see Riley play in place of Baker.
AVG may have won the starting edge job going forward.

Over Phillips???? Not a chance.

He did play great today, but the Pats had their LT, LG and C out for this game, Phillips might have had 4 sacks if he played against those guys tonight.

Chub does not have the speed or impact. Chubb did show up tonight, but not like AVG.

All AVG does is make big plays, and has a non-stop motor, he needs to be out there more.

Such an underrated pick up. It seems like he came back specifically cause of Fangio… it was basically a foregone conclusion he was gone in the off-season.

Let’s pay him something like 3yrs/$20mil and lock that dude up.

I've been a big fan of AVG from the start.......Edge is his spot and should rotate with Chubb and Phillips..........I hope he got a game ball last night cause he earned one
