Bills Week!

I don't like the fact that Damar Hamlin is expected to be active for this game. Last season, Tua became the League's poster boy for concussions. The image of Tua on the ground and its aftermath IMO created a lot of negative attention on Miami, possibly having Tua sit out longer than other players who suffered concussions. In fact, the game where Bridgewater was yanked early was clearly the work of the League punishing Miami. Teddy's arm was hit while attempting a pass in the End Zone and the throw was off. After a lengthy huddle by the Officials, probably in contact with the New York Office, they threw a flag after the fact, and called it a Safety due to Intentional Grounding by Bridgewater in the End Zone. And, not only was that a BS call, they removed Teddy from the game, saying that the spotter saw him stumble, although camera views showed nothing.

On the other hand, the Hamlin incident created a sense of togetherness, with everyone pulling for Damar to recover. And when he left the hospital, it was a huge "feel good" story for the League. IOW, when two players were hurt, one was given negative publicity while the other was given positive publicity. Now, if Hamlin plays for any length of time on Sunday, I could see the League wanting a victory for Buffalo in order to have another "feel good" story.
