It really is kinda funny to hear everyone saying Gase kept us in the hunt for the playoffs. I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again. There are 16 teams in the AFC. 6 of them make the playoffs. Every season when week 12-13 rolls around, you usually have 10-11 teams “in the hunt”. Are we really going to credit Gase with ensuring that the Dolphins weren’t one of the 4 or 5 worst teams in the AFC?
