No spin, Grimes is a solid corner. he's not great and he certainly isn't in the discussion w/ the top guys. I'd be very happy w/ him, he's a good player but fans always tend to overrate their own guys. watch how the opinions change on him when you lose him in FA.

The only corners that's better at coverage this year are Patrick Peterson and Darele Revis and I think Alteraun Verner too, whose having a damn good year.

Grimes is an elite corner, no spin needed. Sherman is a great corner himself, but to discredit Grimes with no evidence is laughable and child's play.
 
I mean Junc has a clear agenda whenever it comes to Dolphins players who are one the best at their respective position. He doesnt need a spin, he argues that Grimes is a good corner but not elite however the evidence as well as the eye test show he is an elite corner.

what is your evidence to anoint him elite?

My agenda is reality but if you don't slobber all over your team and players that means you hate them and are bashing them. I get it.
 
You dont see me slobbering all over OV although he is putting together a VG season. Its common sense that Grimes is elite.

shermans a better corner...even though i hate richard sherman...very handsy gets away with some things but he's probably the best right now...not revis in his prime however
 
If you think Grimes is better than Sherman, you're trippin'. Sherman is the best, but Grimes is also outstanding. I do think Grimes plays a cleaner game that Sherm though. But Grimes can't compete against physicality the way Sherman can.

Look, Grimes is good...but Sherman is better. Simple as that...

That stat would work, BUT Grimes has a better QBR against than Sherman so it kinda refutes that notion.
