Now that the Ravens kicker just saved Baltimore's season, I'm reminded how Sturgis missed a shorter kick against Baltimore that triggered a really bad stretch after that which likely cost us the Buffalo game too.
obviously, what Baltimore's kicker did was freakin' amazing, but the contrast between this kid for the Ravens and our guy is just really caustic and abrasive. The effect it had on our two seasons is now very different and sad.
Once again, our backs are against the wall, with backup cornerbacks trying to stave off oblivion.
You're kidding yourself if you think Baltimore is losing another game this reg season. They will Beat Down the Patriots.

Doesn't matter....every game shapes how the team plays in the future...no one is to say that the Dolphins would be on the run they are now if he makes that kick.
Accept were the team currently is and how, as long as the win out, are in the playoffs regardless of what the Ravens do....
By the way....Detroit sucks....so I wouldn't use that as a judge of how good the Raven are....
Notice how the best WR in the league suddenly developed stone hands last night with the ball hitting him right in the gut? Have you read the reports of bogus calls that the Ravens got & just as many that the Lions didn't all over the web today.
Point being it seems that the Lions had alot going against them last night...Even their best player didn't seem interested in making a catch in the 1st half.
I watch the game and saw some very questionable PI calls on Detriot and the absence of some PI calls on Baltimore (one DB actually held one of the Lion's receivers arms while he was trying to make a catch in the endzone)...
Sturgis missed a 55 plus yarder. If you blame the season on him, I can't explain enough how much I devalue your opinion.
