Ellerbe may actually get better due to better coaching at his position. He was good when he had a good coach using him the guy Miami had was horrible.

Ellerbe was two different players, as was Wheeler, and Dansby as well. It's easy to blame the players but, there are other examples of former Phins doing much better for other teams.
