That's a sure way to invalidate a newer stat. Henne throws a pick in 4 attempts and moves up in the rankings. His bananas rushing numbers are spiking up his rating. Henne is currently ahead of Vick, Stafford, Ryan, and Rivers. Not exactly a clear view of reality.

You fix that stuff after obtaining a franchise QB, not before. A decade has proven that.

We've built the D before, and we had Fiedler, and we weren't that great.

We've gone with the power running attack on offense before, had Fiedler, Brian Griese, and AJ Feeley, and that didn't work.

We need something as a "bedrock", something to form an identity around, and go with that. Getting a guy like Andrew Luck would go a long way towards doing that.
