Chad Ochocinco reportedly admits to playbook woes

I still think that Chad Johnson could have a nice year for us, he could catch 60 passes. Tom Brady did not want Chad to play in New England so Chad did not play. I think that here we will keep things simple for CJ and let him play his game which is still decent.

Two things caused us to sign Chad. Hartline being out and everyone in camp dropping passes.

Is it possible that chad struggled last year because he was training and playing soccer during the lockout last offseason?

Yes, in a parallel, alternate universe where being in shape is a bad thing. :D

Did you hear what he tweated to the commisioner today?

It is the same old Chad, more concerned with TD dances than with getting to the playoffs. One penalty because of an excessive celebration can be the difference in winning or losing a game. he still has the wrong attitude. I can't help but think that he will just be training camp fodder and be traded or cut before the REAL season begins.

If Bellichek made a signing of a high profile player that literally carried ALL upside, and
ZERO downside, everyone would rightly praise him.

But, we're the Dolphins, so, ignorant sportswriters crawl out of their holes,
suck Skip Bayless's dick, and bash the Dolphins.

Journalism today..What a hoot.

I still have mixed feelings about the signing. When has such a strong "me first" WR lead his team to a superbowl?? He is more worried about getting a magic marker in his sock or some other toy into his TD dance than he is building team unity. Having said that however I think that he still has more overall talent that anyone we have on the team. We are so lacking at talent at the WR spot that he will surely help on the field. So with no money tied to him if he flops I don't see a big down side, but I hope the FO keeps in mind that it is team first and if he starts to become a problem they are quick to cut him loose.

Personally after the tweet to the commish I really don't think he has changed and have little hope that he helps the team IMO.

He's having a little fun. He's not a me first WR. He never has been. My god guys, you're all coming off like the biggest group of buzzkills I've ever met.

It won't be chad's fault if they don't throw him the ball, New never threw him the ball in their offense so if he makes the team and the fins don't utilize him then it's not his fault.

The guy is having fun, you Home owner Association guys are such prudes, this guy for all of his antics have not tarnish the shield of the NFL and because he has a life and a personality you guy fault him for it sheesshhhhh! LOL

BS. Chad didn't earn Brady's trust. He dropped the first 5 balls thrown to him in a game. He caused numerous illegal formation and offside penalties. He ran the wrong routes 80% of the time. Brady didn't throw to Chad because Chad had his head up his ass. You think Brady would rather throw to Matt Slater?
