i wouldnt mind him here for depth, but he has got to come cheap. i bet money he will be back if someone goes down, or a camp body next year
 
i liked him and thought he got a bad rap due to the perception of him being a retard...us getting torched by TE's was not solely channings fault...and he was supposed to replace one of the all time great dolphins in Zach Thomas so those are some large shoes to fill...the things he did that pissed me off were his fight with matt light and just overall his mouth

no one gave a funnier interview than that guy

This. Guy sucks, and was only a starter because we didn't have anyone better. Despite him we always had top defenses. Guy wouldn't be a starter for any team in the league, he is that much of a garbage player, the Ravens went in depth about how garbage he is.

No they shouldn't.

He's retiring because he has no choice as not a single team has called his agent and his agent gets hung up on when he calls other teams.

So nobody should explore the option.
 
Can't leave it alone. Some of you guys can't even tone down the bitching when a guy retires. I think his decision if it stands (if not who cares too) is classy. Doesn't have the heart to play for anyone else but the fins and wants to spend time with the fam. Even after we dumped him. Shows that he is a man that doesn't walk around like a pride stricken panzy. Not many people in this world with that character trait.

Umm, he would definitely be an upgrade at BACKUP LB... The guy isn't complete garbage, I think he still has some ability.

If thats true, thats awesome he is a true Dolphin and didn't like NE. But his reasoning is legit
 
Some of you people are trying really hard to bs yourselves if you think teams weren't interested in the guy. Likely major issue was the money probably didn't justify tearing up his long established life to him. Dude's been in living here for years.
 
It's funny some of you saying he sucks, lol how many years in the NFL did you play??? Get over yourselves.
 
thank god, never has there been more hubbub about a player that has contributed so little. dolphins are instantly better without him. any UDFA will give you more production.

Really? I disagree that's his biggest play. For me, I think it's when he knocked Wes Welker the **** out on a naked screen.

The Patriots,Eagles,Bears and Buffalo Bills all were interested in him, you can find that info on line.
