If I was coach I would of told the team he is not eligible to be leader based on his prior behavior during this team function.....its possible I would have cut his butt after that incident and then wouldn't have to worry about them voting for him....

I reserve the right to argue one angle in one thread, and argue the other in another.

If you want to charaterize it that way, I'm alright with "Defending" RI.
I'm also fine with burning down the NFL if we are going to
be talking about incidents with RI humping some girl , but at the
same time we've got commentators employed by the NFL
that have done far, far worse.
 
If I was coach and told the team before the function to make sure we represent the Miami Dolphins correctly and this bozo disrespected this young lady like this, I would have cut him and let the girl press charges.....if you are representing me and my team and this is what you do at a charity function....go somewhere else to play......

This blows my mind, he's not even that good for them to go out of there way to protect him, I could understand if he was the best in the league at his position and then I can say I don't agree with what they did but at least I see why they did it.....

You know what, they deserve everything they get with this bullying bull****.....

That's my point ! She takes the payoff ! I still want to know who paid her. Now if Cogs raped her with his club, as the Minisrty of Truth would have us think, the DA could have taken it to the grand jury based on witness testimony. Isn't that their job; to rid the streets of sexual perdators like Cogs ?

Well leadership is always overused in football by fans just because guYS talk alot. I see quite a few people in the military the military that really have no clue on what leadership is they just think that yelling the loudest makes them a leader.

JDAM ! Being a leader inherently means you have to hurt people's feelings. Asking everyone's opinion and then building a consensus is the antithisis of leadership. Leadrership is being a bully. YEAH I SAID IT !!!
 
this is a misdemeanor and nothing else, they paid this girl to keep quiet....she only wanted an apology and they needed more than that.....If Cog's apologized to her that all she wanted but they didn't want her to talk to anyone about because they didn't want the league to find out because of Richie history he probably would be suspended....

I agree with the poster who said this will cost us more than bully gate.....bully gate will be new rules put in place and a settlement with Martin....this the league is going in for the kill because we tried to hide an off field issue and we wil be made an example of.....I am sure Ross had to be aware of this......

Thank GOD I don't work for you !! But they do deserve everything they get IF, IF they paid her. If the Phins legal eagles let the team pay her, then yes.
