CK's Pre-Game Piece - Broncos at Dolphins

Glad to know that zone coverage means nothing... that's news to me. I'm disappointed by a few of you. I always heard that the Miami fans were very knowledgable. Zone coverage means nothing. Thanks for enlightening me! :shakeno:

As for the question about handling myself graciously in defeat or victory. It's your fellow Phin fans you should be concerned with. I've not been a troll on this site. I've engaged a few in football discussions, and found many of your fans to be less than honest about your team. I'd be very suprised to see several of you folks act graciously in victory and I suspect a total implosion in defeat. My guess is I'll be locked out if the Broncos win.

Time will tell and proof is in the puddin!

And the proof is that your puddin suck ****.

You have had no clue what you were talking about from beginning to end. Lets see if your cowardice matches your stupidity.

Bump, bump BUMP. BUBUBUBUBUBUMP!

JBroncos and OSKIE come on down to get your crow served up to you cold baby!

LOL. Where's that dude that broke down my article basically saying that the only reason I was giving that the Dolphins would win is by some magic pixie dust. LOL.

That was some pixie dust, eh?

Hey CK, great breakdown dude!

Hope to see many more!
Do you think that Frerotte played above his level today?

Absolutely he did. He played like Tom Brady. Kind of scary. But if you know Gus, you know this can happen with Gus. He has GREAT games sometimes, not good ones but great ones where he'll make you think he's one of the best. Then he'll come out for 2 games in a row and you're just waiting for the same player to come out and he never does.

Fins think they have a shot?? its quite funny. Your right, on paper we are better. But we are also better on the field at every postion. The better team will win, no flukes will happen tommorow. The Broncos are the better team.

It will be a hard fought game, always is down there or againts the fins in general, but not enuff O weapons for the fins to get it done. Or should i say Qb for them to get it done.

UMMMM Guess you were a bit off.

i know this is old, old (page 6?) by now, but it needs to be bumped just about one more time. anybody who missed this needs to go back and see some of this thread. good analysis, ck, and i'll take a little of that pixie dust next week, if that's what did it!

I am not just bumping this post, CK just curious to see how Gus strives for consistancy in Linehan's system...

I mean granted that Gus has had good games, bad games and awful games in his career, but has only started 3 games in Linehan's system and they have been very good ones...

2ea in Miny totaled= 30 comp, 45 att (66%), 506 yds (11 YPA), 6 TDs, 1 INT and a QBR of 139%...

Against Denver 9/11/05= 24 comp, 36 att (66%), 275 yds (7.63 YPA), 2 TDs, 1 INT and a QBR of 96%...

Who knows, maybe in Linehan's system with a decent to good O-line, he can resurrect his career...

I guess I am being to optimistic, but IMO, we Dolfans would not mind it at all...
