He released Ogbah and it’s been reported that he will release Howard after June 1st if he can’t trade him.
Even with those cuts and the huge increase in the 2024 salary cap, the Dolphins are still several million dollars over the cap.

So I’m not sure what you expect him to do at this time until they are able to resolve their cap issues. I’m sure he will make moves in the coming weeks to improve the cap situation as well as improve the roster. I’m willing to be patient and allow Grier time to deal with the cap. You obviously aren’t.
