I agree with his sentiment, but honestly, it didn't even look like they were having a conversation. Philbin was looking at the ground the majority of the time. When I'm having a talk with someone over something like that, I would prefer that they look into my eyes the majority of the time.
I like Philbin, and like the way he is running things for the most part, but that little conversation made me a bit uncomfortable because it didn't seem like he was in control of the situation.
Dansby has a foot out the door for next year IMO.
Our team really needs a formal "Code of Conduct" for the players to sign and agree upon prior to joining the team. It really doesn't seem like they do considering all the drama in the past decade.
If they did, a lot of this Chad and Dansby nonsense, and many others could have been avoided altogether.
Dansby is falling off my list of favorite players.
Almost on my list of least favorites. Right under Sean Smith.
dansbys most def on my **** list right now.
Isn't the CBA all about money and safety? It's ridiculous that a business isn't able to outline it's values, responsibilities and ethical obligations to it's employees. So basically a coach can only verbalize his expectations, can not write it down for players to follow? The Players Association would never allow a individual team to have a Code Of Conduct out side of the CBA.
